岡本太郎さんには「変わった人で天才だそうな」としか印象がありませんでした。
でもこの本を読んで印象が変わりました。
この本は私たちに問いかけているというよりも
自分自身にかけている言葉に思えました。
天才も普通に悩み自分を励ましているのだとおもいました。
クリエイティブな仕事をされてる方で自信をなくしている方には
お勧めの一冊だとおもいます。

芸術，人生についてのアフォリズム集．
どの言葉も力強い．
人生に真摯に向かっていない心，日常に弛緩した心を刺激する．
布団を引っ剥がされてたたき起こされたような気分だ．
各ページの真ん中に2,3行で書かれたゴチック体の言葉が，
胸にずしんとくる．
ところどころに，カメラに向かってにらむような，
挑戦的な眼をしている岡本氏の例の写真が10ページほどある．
人生を，自由に，力いっぱい生きたくなる本．

どのページを開いても血がたぎる！本を閉じて家から飛び出したくなります。

短い言葉のどこにそんな力がこめられているのだろう？
熱い血を持つ人の言葉だからであろうか。

とにかく、今の日本にはこういう言葉達が欠けていると思う。多くの若い人達が
この本を読めば、日本もまた熱い個性のかたまりが集う国となり世界が羨む
いい国になると思うのですが・・・
