世間から平手打ちを喰らいつつ、割れたビスケに
幸せを噛み締める主人公、初子。
松田作品中、最も強い毒を含む、精いっぱいの、
いじらしく切ない恋物語。

とにかく「ため息」の表現が、ここまで心にグッとくるマンガ家っっていなかったぞ！！主人公初子の境遇に涙せずにいられないんですけど。
でも、どことなく笑える。ユーモラス。そこに力量を感じます。

電話がないだけで、ここまで社会から疎外されるなんて・・・。初子がたべるインスタントラーメンの名前が「辛酸」ってとこまで、こだわりを感じるな。

最近読んだマンガで一番おもろかった。惜しみなく５点。

その「毒」が何かと話題になる松田漫画ですが、それを期待して読むと
肩すかしを食らわされるでしょう。一見、本書の毒は相当に控えめだからです。
しかしそれは表面的なことです。実は本書ほど「毒」にあふれた松田漫画はありません。

では本書の毒とは何か？　それは主人公の初子が、自らの置かれている境遇、

そして誰が見ても不幸な境遇を、いささかも「不幸」だとは思っていないというところにあります。
もちろん状況を改善したいという希望は初子も持ってはいるのですが、
そのために何をするというわけでもなく、あくまでも他力本願的。自分の意志のない少女。
そんな初子を見てイライラさせられる人もいるでしょう。

しかしそれは初子の持って生まれた素地ではなく、母の死、父の蒸!発といった
他律的な要素によってもたらされているということがさりげなく暗示されています。
そして（詳しくは書きませんが）、本当にささやかな一筋の救いがある。
見事という他はありません。私も惜しみなく五つ星。一読を強く勧めます。
