古田のブログという本が話題になりましたが、古田選手の野球に対する姿勢や背景を知るにはこちらの本が適していると思います。shall we danse?の周防監督がヤクルトファンならではの視点から繰り出す質問はさすがで、ファンをうならせる回答も多数あります。周防監督は草野球をやっていて、随所に野球の技術に関する質問もあるので、野球がうまくなりたい人にもおすすめです。５年ほど前の本と思いますが、「プレイングマネージャーは話がきたらやりたいですね」と言っているあたりがおもしろい。野球が好きな方は是非。

古田選手について色々とわかり、捕手のおもしろさがよくわかる本です。
選手などの紹介がされているので、「野球はあんまり詳しくない・・・」
という人でも楽しく読めると思います。
ただ、もっともっと古田選手について深く突っ込んで欲しい所もあったので星4つです。

現在のプロ野球選手の商品価値など、古田が今までに経験したこと、考えていた事などが、細かく書かれています。古田がいずれ、引退した後には、これ以上の面白い本が出版されるのではないだろうかと、思える一冊です。
