主役はサンタ学校の落第生３人。それぞれの名前はサン・タク・ロースです。失敗ばかりの３人の担当する町の子供達にはプレゼントが３つも入っていたり、入ってない子供もいたり、ハラハラドキドキのクリスマスを送ります。でも何故か３つもプレゼントがあった子は、その年いい事をした子ばかりだから不思議です。

ほかにはない切り口の絵本でした。絵もかわいらしく、コメディータッチの絵本です。
