著者が幼い頃の両親の離婚や高校中退を経て、
何を想い、どのように行動してきたのか？

何でも自分でやるという自分中心の考えから、
味わった店舗運営の苦労や一人っきりの悲しみ。
いかにしてそこから社員やスタッフを想い、希望を見つけていくのか？

テクニックではない、経験に基づいた本著には、
そのヒントが書かれていると思いました。

著者をとりまく人間模様が、
「居酒屋甲子園」理事長の大嶋さんをはじめ１４人のコラムから
伝わってきました。
経営者の成功談というより、
人と人とのつながりの大切さを実感します。

学歴じゃなく、お金でもなく、社会的地位でもない。
ただ、まっすぐに夢をかなえたい熱い思い。
ただ、それだけで夢って叶うんですね。

自分は、そこまでの思いを持って生きているんだろうか…
いやー思いがないから、ここまでなんだなーと
心の奥に響くものがありました。

なんだか、トイレの掃除が無償にしたくなり、トイレ掃除しました。
明日からの一日が変わりそうです！
ありがとうございました。

トシさんの魂が込められた生き様がひしひしと伝わってきました。
不器用だけど皆を思う気持ちは物凄く熱い！
そんな熱さが最高のチームを作り、
素晴らしいお店そして会社に為っているんだなと改めて感心させて頂きました。
