1931年滋賀県近江八幡市に生まれる。1946年旧国鉄、名局鉄道教習所入所。1958年彦根市へ転居。1979年旧国鉄関ヶ原駅長にて退職。1970年「カメラ毎日」年度賞、及び年間最優秀作品賞。1971年「サン・レンズ」フォトコン金賞、副賞(ヨーロッパ航空券)その他、「国宝四城」「海外紹介写真」等、入賞多数(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)
