棟広 良隆
昭和50年生まれ。京都大学工学部卒。京大競馬研究会2代目会長にして、現在は名誉会長を務める。平日は家業の学習塾を手伝いながら、週末は阪神競馬場に通い詰め、研究に没頭。その後、卓越した予想理論が大阪スポーツの上田琢巳記者に認められ、競馬予想家としてデビュー。瞬く間に、各種マスコミの引っ張りだことなる。現在は、雑誌『競馬王』で『激走レンジ!』を連載するほか、グリーンチャンネル『明日のレース分析』『中央競馬中継EAST』の解説者としても活躍中(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

穴狙いの基本的な部分が書かれています。その点はマズマズです。
気になった点は総流しを薦めている点です。
「こんなの来るかい！」という馬を逃さないためには、総流しの必要があるかも
しれませんが、最終的に回収率を考えた場合はどんなもんかと・・・
穴を拾うという点では工学的？ではあるのかもしれませんが、数学的ではないと思います。

あと、190ページの本なのに60ページが対談になっていて、
その分をもっと穴馬パターンの分析にまわして欲しかった気がします。

タイトルに入門とついているので、あまり多くを望むのも酷なのですが、
前著の激走レンジが良過ぎただけにちょっと残念です。

本の中でも述べられているように「激走レンジ2」のほうに期待したいと思います。

直接的な手法は「激走レンジ」で述べられているのであまり触れられてはいませんが、まず最初の読み出しで、本命を買うことの難しさと、回収額を上げたいのなら、穴馬券を買うほうがよいというその説得力にまず脱帽。
最近低迷していた馬券の進め方に対し、自分を見直すことが出来る一冊でした。
頑張って万馬券を当てていきますよ〜
