Ｖｏｌ１とともにとてもお世話になったＤＶＤです。
始めての方は、絶対にＶｏｌ１から始められた方がいいです。
こちらは難易度が上がりますし、インナーマッスルが出来てからやった方がいい
ポーズも多数含まれています。

他のインストラクターのＤＶＤも多数持っていますが、千葉さんは手足が長くて
キレイなＢｏｄｙをなさっているので恵まれたインストラクターさんだと思います。
ヒーリング度の高いお声と端的な説明とポジティブで自信あるご本人のお人柄が
ＤＶＤに醸しだされていて、楽しくやりたい方には千葉さん、オススメです！

逆に、ピラティス道を究めたい方には、説明が細かくないので、ポーズを間違って
覚える可能性があります。例えば、テーブルバランスなど足の開き位置とか説明
がないので、一緒にやっている妹と二人で気づきが遅れました。足の開きやつま先
の使い方でバランスが楽になります。この点は他のインストラクターのＤＶＤより
劣ります。端的で分かり易い説明であると表裏一体で、説明不足なのです。カメラ
のアングルも余り変わりませんから、時々「あれ、この時の足、どうするんだろう？
見えない」といったことが起こりました。

ですが、気楽に楽しく続けるには、逆に細かいことを言われないため「いいの
かな？」と思います。ピラティスはポーズが大事なので、気になる方は他の方
のＤＶＤでチェックするといいかも・・・（が、Ｃカーブなんて全く違うポーズ
だったりして、ムム？と。教え方だけでなく違うのですね〜＜福井千里さん版＞）

説明が長く、指導中に細かいチェックが入ると、中断されてＤＶＤを見ながらや
りにくい（＜山口実由紀版＞）、やる気がそがれる、と思う人もいるかも
しれません。妹はこのＤＶＤでやるのが大嫌いですから。

運動は続けないと意味がないので、その点千葉さんは頑張ろう！と思わせて
くれる。貴重なポイントだと思います。

レビューで評判がよかったので購入しましたが、初心者にはあまりお勧めできないような感じを受けました。
全体的にテンポが速いですし、一つ一つのエクササイズがあまりわかりやすくないと思います。本と併用すればもう少しよいのかもしれませんが。。。。。

流行のピラティスをはじめようと思い、
スタジオに通うか悩んでいたときに青い表紙が目にとまったので
購入しました。

はじめに自分の体の歪みチェックができたのがよかったです。
まだはじめたばかりですが、毎日習慣にしていけたら
効果でそうな気がします。（普段運動していない私にはちょっときつかった！）
クーポンもついていたので、お得だと思います。
