セビリア・コルドバ・グラナダ中心の本が欲しかったので、書店で姉妹本のアンダルシアを購入しましたが、その三都はこちらの方に重点的に書かれていたので慌てて購入しました。カバーがかかってアルハンブラのみのように見えるんですよね。写真も多く、踏み込んだ解説なども多かったですが姉妹本の方が田舎町に踏み込んだ内容で満足度が高かったです。ホテルガイド、交通機関案内のほか、本文中にも姉妹書と重複している内容が見受けられ、１冊の内容を２冊に分けたというならば別の情報を盛り込んでも良かったのではと思います。

グラナダ約60ページ(11ページ)、コルドバ約30ページ(8ページ)、セビリア約45ページ(8ページ)、バエサ8ページ(4ページ)
アンダルシア版とページ数で比較すると明白ですが、この3都市の観光ガイドとしては、
歩き方やロンリープラネットよりも頼りになります。
このシリーズ独特の、大きめで美しいカラー写真と解りやすい地図は相変らずで、
更に、詳しい歴史や都市の解説が旅情へと誘います。
この3都市のページ数には、周辺の都市のページは含まれていません。
ツアー等で訪れた時の自由行動や余り移動に時間が割けない時のエクスカージョンの選択肢も豊富です。
多少アンダルシア版と重複しているのも在りますが、
殆んどがオリジナルの都市で、重なっていたとしても、こちらの方が詳しく書かれています。
例えば、レコンキスタでグラナダ攻略の拠点となったサンタフェ、
僅か20kmしか離れていませんが、他のガイドブックでは見落としてしまう所でした。
この都市はコロンブスの新大陸発見にも関わっています。
ホテル,レストラン、都市間の移動情報等、もう少し詳しく書いて欲しいとは思いますが、是非お薦めです。
