ダイビングを主体として２人の少女の学園生活を描く。

第１話〜第６話収録。
二人の出会い、高校入学、ダイビング部（仮）入部までがこの巻で描かれています。

主要キャラはまだ３人＋１匹と少ないですが、
彼女らが繰り広げる世界は読み手に癒しを与えてくれます。

「ARIA」に比べて身近に感じる部分も多いと思われます（舞台が日本、学園生活を描く、など）

（「浪漫倶楽部」をご存知なら思わずニヤリとくる設定も有。）

※ぷに絵とは、作品上で登場人物の表情を簡略化絵のことです(天野こずえ談)
ストーリーや絵柄などについては全く問題ありませんし、ARIAの頃より大分上達しているように思います。
しかし、タイトルの通り、少し主人公のぷに絵が多いように感じます。全体の6，7割を占めるほどで、ARIAと比べると少し読みづらく、その上、その絵が物語自体に障害をきたしている気もします。他にも実際にこれを感じた人は多いはずです。
作品が面白いだけに少し残念に思いました。なので★4つ。

基本的にモノクロの舞台で、読者に鮮明に色を思い浮かべさせる画力はさすがです。一巻ではまだストーリーは有って無いようなものだけれど、今作とか、ARIAとか、ヨコハマ買い出し紀行とか、カブのイサキとかは、回を重ねることで味が出てくる漫画だと思うので、期待は大きいです。早く１０巻くらいたまらないかなあと楽しみです。ただ、ひとつだけ。約１ページに一回は出てくる「ギャグ顔」は、なんぼなんでもちょっと多すぎのような気がします。ARIAの時はもうちょっとバランスがとれていたような気もするのですが……。
