魔方陣グルグルで有名(だよね?)な衛藤ヒロユキ氏の最新作、最新巻。
そして最終巻。

きちんと練り込まれた世界観とバランス。
そして物語が盛り上がってくる、この巻。…ところが急に物語はまとめに入る。
もっと周一やタレちゃんの活躍を見たかった。
その点でマイナス１です。実に惜しい。

でもグルグル然り衛藤ヒロユキの漫画は素晴らしいと思う。
これからも創作活動を続けて欲しいと思う漫画家。

5.0 out of 5 stars 疾風の最終巻, 2005/6/20
まさかこの巻で終わるとは思わなかった。第１･２巻と比べてペースがかなり速い。おそらく、第３巻で終わらせるために急いだのではないか。私は第１巻の、始まったばかりの中学校生活のなかで、謎が徐々に広がっていくムードが好きだったので、第３巻のペースがいいとは思わない。しかしどちらにしろ１年に１冊しか出ないので、来年まで待ちきれなかったとも感じる。そして内容は、ラストらしい、白熱した戦いとなっている。それに登場人物一人一人にエピソードがあるのはすばらしい。だがもう一度言わせてもらうと、登場人物も多いし、現代の東京が舞台のほのぼのとした話なので、もっと長く楽しめただろうと思う。

最後まで読んで思うのは、この漫画の主人公は誰だったのかということだ。もちろん、主人公は周一で、ヒロインはタレちゃんである。しかし、ラストバトルでこの二人は戦わないし、第３巻の主人公はみのりちゃんと言ってもいいだろう。それに、ハイジへの純粋な恋が印象的な、歌ちゃんも輝いている。特に４４ページはとてもうまく描かれている。作者はこの作品で、中学生から大人まで、現実的で魅力のあるキャラクターを描くことに成功した。これ以後も、現実に近い世界を舞台にした漫画を期待したい。
