人の行動から、その人の心理を読み取ることができる。
このようなテーマの元、様々な行動とその解説が続きます。

１つの行動について、それぞれ２，３ページでまとめられているため、非常に読みやすいです。
また、ただ行動と心理を結びつけているだけでなく、その理由や深層意識なども解説されているため、読んでいて「なるほど！」と感心させられます。

ただ、「他人が読める」ようになるか？と言われると疑問を感じます。
全ての行動と心理がイコールで結びつくかといわれると、中には納得できないものもあります。

やはり、「他人が読めない」からこそ、人付き合いは面白いと思います。
