牛すじ肉の赤ワイン煮とミネストローネを週末作りました。どちらも非常に美味しいです。
ココットオーバル25センチで牛すじを作ったところ、レストランの味。
感動的な美味しさでこれは時間をかけても作る意味があります。
ミネストローネはクリステル（ステンレス多層鍋）でつくったのですがまずまず。やはり次回はルクルーゼでつくってみようと思います。ほんとに平野さんのレシピ本があるからこそ当家のルクルーゼは活きています。この人の本がなかったらただの重たい鍋だったと思います。
15分シリーズ、ルクルーゼで普段の和食の本ももっています。どれも重宝していますが劇的に美味しいものをということでしたらこちらのレシピ本に忠実に作る事をおすすめします。
家庭がレストランになります。適当に作られたまずいものを外食したくなくなります。

使ってみて、この横長の形が素晴らしいと思いました。
料理をしている時、見えるところに広げて置いておくことができるので、
片手で持ちながらとか何かで押さえてという必要がありません。
初心者にも安心！

レシピもとても参考になりました。
ルクルーゼを買った理由が煮込む料理が作りたかったからなので、
『(1)15分でつくる編』を買わずにこちらだけ購入。
ミネストローネを１時間で完成させたときとゆっくり煮込んだときの違い、
知りたくて一番最初に作りました。こんなに違うのか！って感動して、
その後はすっかりこの方法に。
ルクルーゼは熱伝導が良いから早く作れる点が評価されていますが、
この本はゆっくり煮込むことで他の鍋では作れないほど美味しく作れる魅力を教えてくれます。

煮込み料理を作りたかったら必見のレシピが充実しています。

ル・クルーゼの鍋をうまく使えないでいた。
ル・クルーゼの鍋でよく焦がしていた。
そんな人に薦めたい本。

「ゆっくり」とタイトルにあるように、この本は時間のあるとき向けの料理本です。
所要時間は少なくとも３０分以上、二時間以上もごろごろあります。

ミネストローネ。
水なしで煮込むビーフカレー。
白菜のとろとろ煮。

見ているだけで、作る自分を想像し気持ちがゆったりする本です。
