最初に提出すべき書類の書き方から、「手抜き」して帳簿をつける方法、節税の方法まで書いてあります。
書類の記入例がいろいろ載っているので、何をどうしていいのか分からない人には、とても役に立つと思います。
また、「個人事業は節税に不利」とよく聞きますが、個人事業でもさまざまな節税方法があることが分かります。

個人事業を始めようと考えている方は、まずこの本を一読しておくと良いと思います。

お店を開く･･･今となってはネットで簡単に開けますよね。
この場合も税務署、都道府県税事務所などへの
個人事業を開始したという届出が必要なことを知りました！
（その他事業内容により各所への許可なども必要なこともかかれております）
届出の書類の実物用紙内容での記入例があり、目に見てわかりやすかった！

ただ、個人で事業を始めるにあったっては、確定申告が必要。
すなわち、商法で言う「帳簿」を必ずつけなければならない。
よって、「簿記3級」の本も買って、勉強しておくと
この本がググッとわかりやすくなると思います。

しかし、商品への保険など、PL法にまつわることなどは詳しくかかれておりません。
その辺は、商工会議所等のHPなどを参考に、または直接相談するなどした方がよいかもしれません。
