著者が実際に現場で体験した実話でまとめられた内容は
当然ながら説得力を持っている。思わず入り込んでしまい
一緒にその場に居合わせたような気持ちになった。
番外編のユニークな事件集も含め、現場ではマニュアル破り
な出来事の連続なんだとつくづく実感した。
飲食店に限らず、お店の経営者、店長は読む価値あり。
私はこの本をお店のスタッフミーティングに活用させてもらいます。

ビジネス書でありながら「涙ボロボロの話がいっぱい」と書かれており興味を持って読んでみました。

技術的なお話かと思っていたら、楽しいビジネスライフを送るための仕事術が実体験を元に書かれており、堅苦しくなく、これはこれで楽しめました。人生のヒント、仕事のヒント満載の本です。

外食界で長く働いている、長く同じ企業に勤めていると、ある種の固定観念が生まれますね、私はもともと料理の世界からマネジメントの世界へ代わって、今は経営側の仕事？をしております、お店や会社が成長して大きく拡充する渦中に身をおくことが多かったので経験から会社の整備やシステムの構築などに携わっていたんですが、実は壁というか、少しうつ病気味になっていました、性格なのか白黒はっきりしたい本性なのに優柔不断になっていたり自身を無くして、自分自身を捻じ曲げておりました、この本はマニュアルを作成していて資料を集めているとき検索したら以外なタイトル？常習犯？？と興味を持ってしまい購買しました。この本を読んでから、いつしか忘れてた、起きて破りの奇跡を思い出した気がして、自分の柔軟な発想のヒントになっています。現場を離れ実感するものが薄れているとき、この本に出合えて気分も晴れました、参考書的にも文庫本的にも読めて、わかり易いのでお勧めです！もちろん固定観念も吹っ飛びますよ！
