ゴーン氏について書かれた記事は色々目にしてきましたが、この本が一番分り易くかったです。　こんな上司の下で働くのは、やりがいがあるだろうなと
感じました。セルフチェックもついているので、自分はどういう仕事をしてきて今後どうしたいのかを振り返るのによい機会でした。　男女問わず読み易い
本だと思います。

こんなリーダーがいれば、仕事もやりがいがあるし、楽しいだろうなというのが率直な感想です。頭が硬くて古いリーダーたちに是非読んで頂きたい！そしてリーダーだけでなく、私のようなＯＬでも役にたつセルフコーチングはわかりやすく、シンプルなのが気に入っています。同僚の女性にも紹介したところとても評判がいいです。コーチングのおもしろさがいっぱい詰まっている本だと思います。

厳しい自動車業界の中で、いかに日産は立ち直ったか。それは日産トップのカルロス・ゴーン氏の比類なきリーダーシップコーチングに負うところが大きかったであろう。リーダーシップとコーチングを融合させたところに、ゴーン氏の卓越した経営手腕が垣間見れるのである。本書はパート1からパート4に分かれて、パート1ではリーダーシップ・コーチングの基本的な考え方。パート2ではリーダーシップ・コーチング力を高めるコミュニケーション・スキル。パート3ではリーダーシップ・コーチングでビジョンを実現させる。パート4でリーダーのためのセルフコーチングについて書かれている。どの章も実に説得力がある。世界的企業の経営を歴任してきた氏の組織活性のノウハウが体得できるであろう。
