　元来，法律用語というのは色々な解釈ができるものであるが，新
GCPも例にもれず読み方によっては色々な解釈ができてしまう．
　しかし，正しい理解がなされないと大きな問題を引き起こしかね
ない．

　この本は，治験依頼者や治験実施施設から寄せられた新GCPに関
する質問と，その質問に対する当局の回答・考え方を，根拠となる
条文などを挙げ解説しているQ&A集である．

　CRAやCRCにとっては，これらを知らないと仕事ができないと言っ
て良いほど必須の知識である．必読されたい．
