牛乳もお砂糖も入ってない安全なパンが、こんなに簡単にできるなんて感激です。子供の頃母と一緒にがんばったパン作りは、こねて、コタツで寝かせて、またバンバン叩いて...と１日仕事。確かに焼きたてのパンのイーストの匂いは子供の私にはとっても懐かしい思い出。また、子供が小さいうちは、お店のパンでは添加物はもとより原材料が気になります。とはいうものの、いざ自分が結婚して子供に手がかかって１日中バタバタしていると、そんな時間のかかることはやりたくてもできません。でも、この本のレシピは、子供がお昼寝している間にできてしまうお手軽さ。ゴムべらでちょいちょいっとガス抜きする程度で、バンバンこねたり叩いたりもなく、コタツに入れて神経質に発酵を見守ることもなく、あっという間に工程が進み、焼きたてのイーストの匂いにたどり着けました。

卵　乳製品のアレルギーを持つ子供にも安心して食べさせられるパン生地が基本です。そこから発展してチーズ等のトッピング入りのパンやおやつパン、ピザも作れるようになっています。　初めて作ったので膨らみ足らなかったようですが　何が原因なのか詳しく写真で載っているのでわかりやすく良かった。一食分のパンの材料なので初めての人には失敗しても安心の分量でした。本の値段もお安く気軽に買えて気軽に作れた。

タイトルを見る限りでは電子レンジで パンが作れる！
そう思いきや 実際にはレンジは発酵などに使い
実際の焼きの部分は どうしてもオーブンを使います

目次には こういったことわりが
この本では、ターンテーブルのあるオーブン機能つきのレンジを使用しています。

とあります
これならオーブンレンジで行列パン屋さんとしてもらってれば・・・

と思います

たくさんのパンが紹介されているので
ぜひ作りところですが
あいにくウチには 単機能のレンジのみ・・・
数あるレシピの中に
フランパンで焼く、揚げるものがあるので
それに挑戦となりそうです

こういった勘違いはつきものですが
何かしっくり来ないものがあるのは
私に問題があるのでしょうか・・・
