なるほど会社法をベースにして、登記法を加えたもの。誤植も訂正されており、大きな混乱はないだろう。じっくり読む場合は掲載されている過去問を解きながら理解に努め、知識の確認のために読む場合は過去問は飛ばしてさらっと読む、といった使いわけができる。知識確認で読む場合は一日で読めてしまうので直前期には良いのではないかと思う。使い方としては、一度じっくり読んで、その後は条文をベースにして、わかりにくいところがあればテキストで確認する、というやり方が良いのではないかと思う。デュープロセスがわかりにくいと感じる方はこちらで本試験に挑んでも良いのではないか。ただし、あくまでも基本は条文ということは変わらない。

かなり書き殴られてるなーという印象。
思いつきや書き忘れを場当たり的に差し込んでる印象が強く、
読んでて混乱させられた。
資格本として成立してないんじゃないだろうか・・・。
