なかなか良いアイデアが紹介してあって、一気に読めました。ただ、気になったのは、そのアイデアのいくつかが以前見聞きしたものであること。例えば、「洗い物パック」。美容成分を手に塗って、手袋を2重にしてからお皿を洗うと、ハンドエステもできるということですが、これは君島十和子さんが既に著書やメディアで紹介していたのと同内容だと思います。
それから「改造エプロン」。ワンショルダーエプロンは料理研究家の小林カツ代さんが考案、販売もされています。前掛け部分にタオルをボタン付けしたエプロンもどこかで見た気が･･･。ワンショルダー+タオルがオリジナルということなのでしょうか！？こうして読み進んでいくと、一体全体、本当に著者が考えられたアイデアがいくつあるのか、他も拝借アイデアなのではないかとバイアスがかかってしまい、読後の印象は良くありませんでした。拝借なら拝借とはっきり述べた方が、潔いのでは。終わり部分のご家族のお話が美しいだけに、これも作成者側の意図かと疑う結果となり、とても残念です。

本書は手タレなどの
パーツモデルとして活躍されている
金子エミ氏の著書。

彼女が提唱するのは
「ながら」エステ。

妻であり、母でもある彼女。

長男を出産した時に、
仕事を辞めるか迷ったそう。

でも…


辞めたくない！

だって、仕事が好きなんだもの！


そして
「ながら」エステを
あみ出したのでした。


洗い物をしながら、
洗濯物を干しながら、
歯磨きをしながら、
昼寝をしながら、、、

なーんて、

主婦業をこなしながら、
自宅でできるエステ。


本書では数々のエステ法が
紹介されています。

中でも、さるきち
実践したいと思ったのは、


洗い物パック。


手にオリーブオイルを塗って
ゴム手袋を装着。

熱いお湯で皿洗い。

すると、

手がパックされたように
つやつやに。

まさに、「ながら」。


他にも、

キレイになるレシピや
金子氏の行きつけの店なども
紹介されています。

意外だったのは、
障害者支援活動にも
意欲的であるコト。

息子さんがダウン症という
事実も明かしています。


金子氏は
40代とは思えぬ肌ツヤ。

そして、

ツヤのある人生

をおくっているのだなあ、と
さるきちは感じたのでした。


さるきちのネイルは
シンプルなピンクベージュ。

人生もシンプルでいい。

ただツヤがほしい。
