テレビ番組『アフリカのツメ』の「小料理屋きむら」、そして『浜ちゃんと！』の「キムの出張料理コーナー　お口に合いますでしょうか」で放送された料理のレシピだそうです。
『木村料理道2 THE SARA キム’Sスタイル』はご飯のおかずになる料理だったのに対して、こちらはゲストの要望に合わせた料理なので、速くて簡単かもしれないけれど、作りたいと思う料理があまりありませんでした。(レシピ数は50と多いのですが)
テレビではゲストが絶賛していたそうなので実際に作ってみたらおいしいのかもしれません。晩ご飯のメニューというよりはお洒落な居酒屋のメニューという印象。

レシピはたくさｎ載ってたのですが、単品単品で
つまみの料理がメインです！お口に合いますでしょうか？の
レシピも、そういった傾向が強いみたいです。
次号に期待します

キム兄の料理の評判が良かったので購入。

正直「金返せーっっ！！」って感じです。

とにかく分量が書いてないンです（そりゃ少しは書いてありますが・・・）
「適量」のオンパレード！！
これじゃ材料が分かるだけで結局自分の味付けになっちゃう。
自分の味と違うものを食べるための料理本でしょうがっっ！！
この本を買ってからTVでキム兄を見るたびイラッとしてます。
