著者の宇野信行さんは、親に叱られたことがないという人で、そういう人間の温かさみたいなものが伝わる本です。
幸せを感じる心の持ち方や、我という自分についての捉え方などが書かれています。
文章は難しくはありませんが、書いてある内容は、奥が深く、一生をかけて、理解していかなくてはならないくらい大切なことが書いてあると思います。
一人さんのＣＤは、改めて自分について、点検させてくれるような内容です。
意外と自分のことを自分でわかっていないし、頭も使っているようで、全然実は使っていないなぁと気づきました。
人生をより良く生きるヒントがいっぱいの本とＣＤだと思います。

「豊かになりたいなら、ツヤを出して、光ものをつけてごらん」

光ものをはじめはなかなかつけられなかった。
白衣にジャージ、長靴ですから。
（僕もそうでした）

お客様に何か言われたらと思うと恥ずかしくて。

やはり、いろいろ、言われた。

これって、みんな気になるから何をつけているのか聞く。
でも、今考えると、ある意味光ものの威力ですよね。


なんてことが書いてあります。


これで、僕も堂々とひかりものをつけられます！（*^_^*）


豊かな人生へ小さな一歩を踏み出せました！ついてる！

宇野社長は、かの斉藤一人さんのお弟子さん。といえば、すっごいひと、かもしれないし、そうでもないかもしれない。

普通の人、なんだけど、あったかくて、やさしくて、愛がある。
それがフツウ、肩を張って生きていると、もしこんな人に出会えたら、自分はどう反応してしまうだろう。

何かをした、すごい人、というわけではないですが、そんなフツウのひとが、いるんだ、ということが、うれしくなる本です。
読んでいて、ジーンとあったかくなってきました。

ひとは、こんな人に近づくために生きてるのかもしれません。


付録のＣＤは、斉藤一人さんの、スッゴイはなしがはいっています。
一人さんの｢キモ｣かも知れない内容です。
ぜひ、買って聞いてみてください。

生きることに、疲れかけていたり、疑問が出てきている人にも、ぜひ読んでほしい、そして、聞いてほしいです。
書評というより、私の感想文になりましたが、こんな生き方、考え方もあるのですよ、これでいいのですね。
