斎藤一人さん本の中で一番おすすめの本のひとつです。
なによりも、著者であるみっちゃんさんの人柄が、共感を呼びます。
そしてそのみっちゃんさんに適切な言葉を贈ってきた一人さんの人柄。
押しつけがましくないです。いたわりと明日への活力に満ちています。
悲しいときに読むと元気になれる一冊です。時々、読み返しています。

今は大成功している斎藤一人さんと１０人のお弟子さんですが、最初から成功していたわけではありません。
みっちゃん先生は、最初は私たちと同じ普通の人だったのですね。悩んだり、苦しんだり、自分の可能性を信じられなかったり、そんな人が一人さんとう人に出会って事業をはじめる時のいきさつが紹介されていてとても勇気づけられます。

また、起業の時だけでなく会社勤めの時の考え方なども紹介されていますから、どんな方が読んでも楽しく読めると思いますよ。

斉藤一人さん関連の本はかなり読んでいるのですが、この本は飛び切りの良さ。
「平凡な人は平凡な中から幸せをみつければいいの」「まずは自分のもっているいいとこにきずくことがスタートだよ」と当たり前のようで、みんながつまずくところからみっちゃん先生はスタートします。
誰もが共感できるみっちゃん先生のような方が、一歩一歩成長していく様と、一人さんの優しい眼差しが随所に感じられる本。
「人が出来るまで教える。たったそれだけのこと。水が出なければ井戸を掘る、深ければ深いほど出た水はキレイになるんだよ。大変なのは一回教えたら何とかなると思ってる人達のほうだよ」という言葉には、あ〜俺もそうだなぁ〜出来るまで教えると決めちゃおう。
読めば読むほど未来は明るく、過去も明るくなりますよ。
