特に斎藤一人さんに興味があったわけではないのですが、書店で何気なく手に取り購入。
読んでびっくり！
目からウロコがボロボロ落ち、憑き物が落ちたような気持ちになりました。
私は鬱病を永らく患っており、現在も治療中です。
自殺未遂を繰り返し、入退院を繰り返しているような状態でした。
が、この小さな薄い本を読んだことで、自殺願望が消えました。
目の前の風景が全く違って見え、自分を取り巻いてくれて心を砕いてくれている人たちの声が、聞こえました。
それまでは誰に何を言われても、聞こえてはいるのですが理解が出来なかった。
でも、聞こえるようになって、心の持ちようが変わりました。
毎朝「今日はどんなたのしいことがあるかな？」とワクワクしながら起き、今までは何とも感じなかったことに喜んだり、
楽しめたりするようになり…眠る前には「ああ、今日もいい一日だった。楽しかった！明日も楽しいぞ！」と思うようになりました。
鬱が完治した、とは言えません。
まだ薬が必要です。
けれど、この本はどんな薬よりも、カウンセリングよりも、私の鬱には効きました。
また鬱状態に陥りそうに　もしもなった時には、この本を読み返して踏ん張れそうな気がしています。
心が疲れている方、現状から逃げ出したくなっている方…そんな方たちに、ぜひお読みいただきたい本だと思います。

とってもいい本です。
購入してから７回は読んだと思うのですが、何回読んでも読むたびに心が軽くなり明るくなっるのを実感します。元気の出る本です。
この価格は安すぎます。

「幸せセラピー」

というタイトルの通り、始めから終わりまで一貫して

「幸せになる癒しの言葉」

が書かれています。

一人さんの言葉を読んでると安心するんですよね。

今の自分でもいいんだって、許されたような気持ちになれるんです。
そんな素敵な本、幸せな気持ちにさせられる本です。
