この本のタイトルは「恋愛カウンセリング」となっていますが、
「人生カウンセリング」にしてもいいくらい、前向きに生きるための
アドバイスに溢れています。

恋でなくても、悩みのある方には是非読んで頂きたいです。
マイナス思考の方が読めば目からウロコの連続間違いなし、
読み終えた後は爽快感があります。

筆者はものすごくポジティブ・シンキングの持ち主で、
悩みがあっても読めば絶対元気になれますよ。

心理学に基づいているのではなく経験から編み出された説だそうですが、
大変論理的で説得力があり、まるで心理学に裏打ちされているかの
ように感じました。
とことん自分の幸せを追求したいと思っている方、ネガティブな思考が

癖になっている方、これからの人生についてじっくり考えてみたい方、
ご一読をおすすめします！！

恋愛のハウツー本の類といえば、どこか同情的なムードが漂ったり、自分磨きの勧めが多いような印象だったのですが、この著者は恋愛相談師などという気恥ずかしい(失礼!)職種を名乗るだけあって、度胸のある診断がなされています。あいまいな言葉遣い抜きで、具体的に問題の傾向と対策を解いてくれるのが小気味よい。悩みの淵に沈んじゃっている人に、浮かび上がるきっかけを与えてくれる本です。

同時発売のもう１冊と一緒に買いました。
こちらのほうは基礎編といった感じ？

恋愛の心理を読むのに、こんなに論理だててわかりやすい本はなかったです。
今まで読んだ何冊かの本はもっともらしく書いてはあるのものの
「だから何なんなのよ~」というところ止まりが多かったです。

でもこの本は感覚だけでなく理屈で理解できる、そこに信頼を持てます。

書いてあるのは簡単なことのようですが
「簡単にする」それが一番難しいと思います。

難しい論文を専門的に論議するより、
子供でもわかるように説明することのほうが
ずっと難しいといわれるように。。。。

個人的にはとてもわかりやすい本だと思います。
これからも役にたってくれることでしょう☆
