弁理士試験は４法の応用問題ばかりですのでひたすら問題を解きながら理解するのが合格への早道ですが、この本は過去の問題を系統立てて分類し、重点ポイントを色分けしてありますので、進度を確認しながら、繰り返し学習することができます。これだけの内容で値段も手ごろですので、非常に重宝しています。さらに、折込はがきを平成１７年４月３０日までに返送すれば、平成１６年度法改正内容と予想問題も送ってもらえる特典もあります。

過去問から選ばれた問題を各章ごとにまとめた問題集

問題は、解いたら、すぐに答え合わせが出来るよう、
すぐ次のページに解説と共に用意されている。
前問の解説が長引いて２ページになった場合には、
必ず、問題文が右のページに配置されていて、
答えはページをめくるまで分からない構成になっている。

時制についての解説は図入りで整理された解説となっていて分かりやすい。
