卒後８年目にして初のプリセプターになったとき、この本を偶然手にしました。
なんといっても理論に基づいて分かりやすく書いているところ。
日々の指導者として「困った！」に役立ってます。
エンパワーメントなど、指導という点では慢性期疾患の患者さんに対しても一緒。
新人指導のみならず慢性期疾患患者さんに対しても使えそうな理論満載で、
かなりお勧めです☆☆☆☆☆
