　前作の「ミミズクと夜の王」が私的にはストライクだったので、今作の「MAMA」も迷わず購入しました。
感想としては「満足」です。
全体的に美しい物語でした。幻想的で残酷で慈悲深くて悲しくて優しい物語、といったところでしょうか。
　
　前作のレビューでもそうですが、なかなか厳しい感想の方も多いようです。
その内の幾つかはもはや講評の域を脱して批判･拒絶･軽蔑の類も見られるように思います。
確かにここは皆さんの率直な意見を書き込めるすばらしい場ですが、いま少し、何というか、言葉をオブラートに包んだ、受け取りやすい表現を心がけて頂きたいような評があるのは少し心苦しいです。「だったら読まなければいいじゃないか」との意見も聞こえそうではありますが。

独特の世界観は引き込まれます。
しかし、すこし展開が急すぎて、無理やりまとめてしまったような違和感も感じます。もっと引き伸ばしてじっくり物語を進めたほうがよかったのではないかなぁとも思います。
この世界観が好きなので、私は好きですけどね。

あとからあとから、胸に何かが溢れてくるような話でした。

世界観もキャラクターも、確かにキチンと説明はしていないのだけれど、だからこそ、まるで御伽噺のような、暖かで静かで緩やかで、この話を形作るには充分過ぎるほどの力を持っています。

このお話は、「流れ」を読むんじゃなくて、「中身」を感じるんだと思います
この本に出合えてよかったなと、しみじみ思える本です。

言い回しも上手く、文章がとても綺麗だと思いました。
