多くのミステリー作品と一作目を読んで思考回路がひねくれてる人たちなら、わりと推理というか予想できる部分も多い今作。

『トリックスターズ』を読んでおもしろいと感じた人なら楽しめるはず

単独作品として読んでみると面白かったですよ。

「魔術」という定義を「魔術師」本人たちも完璧に理解している分けではなく、魔術師が決してスーパーマンでもなんでもない「ただの人なんだ」という意味を私は汲み取りましたが・・・
冴木忍先生の「卵王子　カイルロッドシリーズ」を思い出しました。

お話作るのが下手なのだろうか。
これだけ背景に特殊性を配置していて、内容レヴェルはかなり低い。
終幕間際には思わず「はぁ！？」と叫んだ。
辻褄合わせすぎて、物語の根底がぐらついているという感じ。
自身が楽器と化すという事は、他の楽器と競演中しっかりその音を聞き取れなければならない。そのためのスコアであり、楽器演奏者と楽器である。ただ音色を放出すればいいとい言うわけではない。
では、その音色を聞き取れない人間はどうなのか？オーケストラではくびにされるだろうし、魔術師ならば失格だ。
その失格を描いてどうする。魔術師は「全人類の遺産」なのだろうが！
「ミステリ」と「現代魔法」の融合は彼女には出来ないのかもしれない。なんだか、背景面白いのにすごく残念だ。
