そんなこんなで続くお話。
　出てくるキャラ（主に審査のために地球に派遣された犯罪者）が、どれもこれもみな濃い。
　ゲームセンターを荒らしまわり、捕まってしまったDr.マロンフラワー
　地球に小学生として潜伏する、エーデルワイス
　動物園復活の野心を掲げる、ヒヤシンス。
　えっと…、彼ら大犯罪者なんですよねぇ？　と疑いたくなるような面々。

　そして、ちゃっかり同じ屋根の下にいちゃったりする事の奇妙な流れ。
　面白おかしくもやっぱりくだらないエピソードでつづられる物語ですが、普通の専門学校生とパワードスーツのモニター、方や一般市民と大犯罪者という二つの顔を持つ彼らの奇妙な日々。
　そんな、彼らにもやがてお互いの正体を知る日が来るわけで…。

　読んで損は無く。私の中では「笑いあり涙あり」という作風。

アニメ化もされたこの作品。
というか私はアニメから入りました。

私の経験上アニメから漫画へといくとき、
はずれたことも多々ありましたがこれは間違いなく当たりと思います。

主人公の「桜咲鈴雄」はある日宇宙人の「たんぽぽ」に試作品のモニターのアルバイトにスカウトされる。その試作品というのは銀河連邦警察に公式採用されるべく作られた「ドッコイダー」であった。その後連邦警察から送られた宇宙犯罪者と戦い性能をアピールすることになる。

ドッコイダーは性能をアピールするため、犯罪者たちは無罪放免になるためその正体を暴こうと戦うのだ。しかし「鈴雄」の住まいも地球人となり潜伏する犯罪者たちの住まいも同じ「コスモス荘」。なぜか互いの正体がばれず、コスモス荘では気のよち?お隣さん、しかし戦いとなればヒーローと犯罪者という少々複雑な関係に。

もとは小説だそうで基本的に文字だけでも笑える作品だと思うのですが、
それに矢上祐の「漫画」を加えてさらに面白くなったのではないでしょうか。

コスモス荘の住人達は日に日に絆を深め合ってゆき、結局みんな悪いやつではないので戦っているときも楽しそうだ。
そんな暖かくもどたばたと楽しい環境が「コスモス荘」にはある。

ギャグが好きな方なら読むべき!!
そして、阿智太郎ファンなら当然読んでいなければいかないと言える。

阿智太郎の作品のなかで、ラブコメではない完全のギャグです。
阿智太郎の作品は結構多いのだが、今まで僕の中では外れはない!!どの作品も最高です！買って損なし！
