作家の主人公と担当者のヒロインが『萌えでエッチなラノベ』を作り上げていく話
もちろんこの作品自体も『萌えでエッチなラノベ』になってます
作家だからこそ語れるリアリティある創作の苦労譚などに驚嘆しつつ、
煮え切らない主人公に軽くイライラさせられながらも楽しく読めました
話の作り方とキャラの立たせ方が巧く、田口氏の過去２作と比べても面白かったと思います
続きが出たら間違いなく買いたい一冊です

　「時任零路」。主人公・時任孝一が三流木出版からデビューしたとき、一度使ったきりのPN。まったく売れなかったため封印していた。そんな主人公が学校で出会った少女は、三流木出版の社長の娘、三流木萌花だった…。

　この話は、はじめてラブコメを書くことになった孝一と初めて編集者としてデビューすることになった萌花が、一からラブコメラノベを作ることになり、いろいろ紆余曲折しながらの奮闘を描いているので、編集の経過を順に追っていくことになりますが、その過程で萌えでエッチなラブコメをしながら…という一種ややこしいことになっています。

　登場人物ですが、まず主人公。Ｂ級ギャルゲに出てきそうなヘタレ主人公で、ウジウジしています。そのくせ妙に素直です。今時「萌え」を知りません。１作出しているのにもかかわらず出版のシステムすら知りません。こんな男が良いラノベをを書けるとはとても思えないような主人公です。
　三流木萌花。「ツンデレ」なのか何なのか中途半端です。
　風見鶏響。メガネで巨乳でくそ真面目な侍っ娘風紀委員です。口絵には見開きネーム入りで登場しますが、本編ではあまり登場しない、口絵を与えるまでもない「いらん子キャラ」です。
　その他、イラストレーターの輪廻姫、萌花の父親の「社長」が登場します。

　ストーリーは結局、中小企業の悲哀を切々と訴えていたことと編集の過程をわかりやすく解説してもらった以外はエッチなだけです。
　ヤマ場も、要するに締め切り間近のドタバタを「感動的」に盛り上げたかったのでしょうが、イマイチありきたりで「これなんてギャルゲ（Ｂ級）？」という感じでした。

　偉そうなことを言うようで恐縮ですが、人物が浅く、ストーリーも浅く、とても「書きやすい内輪ネタ」だったものとは思えません。ラブコメといえばラブコメですが、それ以上でも以下でもありません。せっかくの内輪ネタが不完全燃焼しているように感じました。個人的に、内輪ネタは「最後の劇薬」だと考えていますので、どうせ書くならもう一工夫欲しかったです。
　ただ、エッチなシーンはそれなりでしたが…。

　ラノベの編集に興味がある人、王道ラブコメが好きな人、エッチな要素（あるいは萌え要素）がなければラノベじゃないと考える人以外の方には、あまりオススメしません。
