この本の凄いところは、読み物として夢中になれるだけでなく、気配りある情報が満載のところです。
読み物要素も、ガイド要素も、それぞれが大変素晴らしいクオリティにあります。

残念なのは、キャッチコピーのせいで「初心者女子限定」という印象があること。
最初、薄っぺらい「山登り挑戦本」の類かと勘ぐっていましたが、いい意味で裏切られました。
20年山に登っている男性の私が読んでも、新鮮に思ったり、共感したり、懐かしく思ったり、考えさせられるところが沢山ありました。

山に興味のあるすべての人に、自信を持ってお勧めできる本です。
山との関わり合いについて、さりげない示唆に富んでいると思います。
ベテランの方にも、強くお奨めします。
初心者の方と接点を持つときに、どういうところに不安や興味を感じるのか理解できます。

私も、「山登りがふつうに似合う優しい世の中になってほしい」と願ってしまいます。

男ですが、作者と同じく高尾山と富士山しか知らなかったクチです。
この本では、他の魅力的な山を紹介してくれてます。
また、山のぼりの魅力を存分に書き綴っており、入門書としてお奨めです。
技術的なこともちょっと書いてあり、初心者には勉強になりました。

お友達として登場する　かとうさん　や　たかぎさん　は、マラソン1年生でも会えますよ。

「山登りは中高年のもの」？
そんなイメージを払拭する、かわいくて楽しい山登り本！

最近、雑誌でもよくみる「女子登山」を、いち早くコミックエッセイ化した本書は、読んでいるだけでレジャー気分を感じさせてくれます。

グルメやかわいいグッズなど、女子心をくすぐるページもしっかりありつつ、マナーや歩き方もきちんとレクチャーされていて、山に対する著者の愛が伝わってきました。

山登り＝大変、と思っていたけど、今年の夏休みは富士山、行ってみようかな。
