学生時代からバリには何度も足を運んでいます。

今月もまた行く予定なのですが、それを知った私の父（彼もまたバリに魅せられた男）が、この本を「旅立つ前に！」と、息せき切って手渡してくれました。

いまさらバリについて書いた本なんて・・・と思いつつページをめくれば、そこには「かつて知ったるバリ」と「知っているようで知らなかったバリ」が溢れていました。

マヌーさんの軽妙な切り口に、優しいタッチの挿絵もピッタリ。

これからバリに行く人も、行ったことがある人も、是非ご一読を！
ますます妖しい魅力に取り付かれてしまいます。

この本、帯書きにあるとおり、適度にディープで適度にミーハー。つまりはフツウに使えるってこと？旅のディテールが紹介されている訳ではありませんが、アウトラインは、ガッツリ、引いてもらえます。（当方、まさに、初めてのバリ個人旅行、１週間バリ手配中です）今はネット時代でもあるので、”情報”のことだけを考えれば、インターネットのみでも、十分な量が入手可能です（個人の旅行記をblogで発表されてる方も沢山おられますし、ホテルのWEBﾍﾟｰｼﾞから予約もできますし）しかし、情報量のわりに、こちらの『判断基準』がサッパリ状態なので、調べれば調べるほど、ワケがわからなくなりかけていたときに、まさに福音のように、こちらの本に出会いました。助かったぁ…。アウトラインを引いていただいたので、ディテールを詰めていきたいと思います。ディテールを詰める方が簡単な時代なんですね、今って。

先日バリに行ってきました。
何冊かバリ関係の本を買ったのですが、宣伝料が無い山下さん自体の体験による楽しみ方がとても共感できる部分が多く、ビーチで楽しく過ごせました。
タイ編も買おうと思います。
とても面白いですよ、お勧めの一冊です。
