私のようなウォーキングのビギナーにはおすすめです◎１冊で事前ストレッチ、ウォーキング方法、アフターケアやグッズなど網羅されてます。
紹介されているストレッチが簡単で効くので毎晩やっています。猫背が悩みですが、最近腹筋と背筋がしまってきて楽にシャンとできるようになってきましたよ。これだけでも買って良かったです。
ウォーキングの肉体面の効果はまだこれからという感じですが、IKKOさんも力説している通りメンタル面では即効性あり！仕事のストレスもすーっと抜けて心が洗われます。ウォーキングってただ歩くだけでしょ、って軽くみていましたが奥深いということを実感できました☆

40才過ぎて「人生やりなおし」が効くことが立証!!目からうろこって感じです。歩いただけじゃ〜痩せない〜･･･と思っていたけど、「歩く気」になりました。効果的に歩ける方法とIKKOさんの美脚づくりのこだわり満載で、お勧めです。同世代の女性に特にお勧め。季節もいいし
ちょうどいまからがいいですね。まずは二週間しっかり歩いてお手入れして『美脚』めざします。

もっと美脚になるための方法が載っているのかと思ったのですが、ほとんどがＤＶＤでのインストラクターによるウォーキングの説明ばかりで、「ＩＫＫＯさんの本」という感じがなかったように思います。
ただＩＫＫＯさんのコメントは、普段と違い少し緊張してる感じが出ていておもしろかったですが（笑）
ウォーキングをしたい人にはオススメですが、化粧品を使って美脚を取り入れたい人には「うーん・・」という気がします。
