しっかり食べてしっかり運動、健康的ですね。

ただ、ピラティス初心者の方にはこの本だけで
ピラティスをやるって不可能です。

テレビで見かけるたびにキレイになっていくような気がしていた満里奈ちゃん。
こんなに真剣にピラティスをやっていたとは...
星が4つなのは、私のような初心者が自宅でピラティスを始めようと思っても、この本だけではムリかなぁ？と思ったから。

でも、満里奈ちゃんが本当にステキで、スポーツ嫌いの私には写真を見ているだけでもいい刺激になりました（笑）

さすが満里奈さんという感じです。
ピラティスはこの本を参考にして、
メンタル的な部分のサポートは
『痩せるＮｏ.1理論』という本を使って、
食事は『ライフスタイル革命』を利用して
完璧なダイエットが出来ると思います。
運動面、メンタル面、食事面の全部出来てしまえば
失敗する事はないですからね。
