オーラには第1のオーラと第2のオーラがあるので、今回は今までとは違い、2色（もしくは複数）のオーラを割り出しましょう、というのが主たる内容です（人によってオーラの数が違うようです）

第1のオーラは、相変わらずあのブッダとキリスト・・・のチャート（いい加減変えて欲しい・・・）
第2のオーラは、項目チェック式。
　以前から公式サイトの日記などで、自分のオーラの色が分からないという声に対し、「オーラの説明を読んで、自分が当てはまるものを類推すればわかる」とおっしゃっていた江原氏。
　この、項目をチェックして、当てはまるものが多い色が、第2のオーラというやり方は、画期的だし、当たりやすいと思いました（とりあえず自分で類推していた色とは一致したので・・・）。

また、オーラの色それぞれの説明が丁寧なので、詳しく知りたい方にはぴったりだと思います。巻末の塗り絵は、見開きサイズで、両面使えます（私は塗り方が分かりませんでした）。

貴重な内容なので仕方がないのかな･･･と思っていますが、紙が厚めで色の説明に多くのページが使われている為、少し値段が高いように感じました。

癒し、責任感などオーラなど項目ごとにチェックリストがあり、オーラの色について知ることができます。オーラコラムでは不動明王の光背などオーラの歴史も知ることができます。これからどんな色を取り入れていこうか見直すきっかけになりました。

オーラの見える方法が書かれてあるので、毎晩トレーニングしています。見えるようになる日々がとても楽しみです。自分のオーラを色を塗ることによってチェックできるのもとてもいいです。オーラ初心者には最高の勉強になりました。
