レシピ通りに作ってみて、その味のおいしさはもちろんのこと、手順の簡単さと調理法にビックリ！30秒で作る本格だしや、電子レンジでゆで卵などなど、今までの常識を覆すアイデアがたくさん盛り込まれています。「鶏肉の皮をパリッと焼くには?」「煮物を崩さずにキレイに仕上げるには?」おそらく誰もが一度は思ったことのある疑問が、この1冊で解決できるといっても過言ではありません。料理嫌いの人はもちろん、一人暮らしの若い女性やゆっくり時間をかけて料理が出来ない人……手抜きをしても、味には妥協したくない！そう思う、すべての女性に読んでもらいたいと思います。

図書館でこの本を借りて 12、3品作ってみると、全部簡単でとても美味しく出来たので
保存版にしようと思い購入しました。
レシピ通りだと、肉じゃがの味付けが少し甘過ぎる。とか、ジャガイモの皮の簡単なむき方を
やってみたものの・・熱いし、皮がきれいに取れないし、余計面倒だった。とか、
好みと違うところはあったけど、料理の種類は和食の定番の物が多いのに、今まで作ってた物が
全てワンランクアップした感じでした。
