ソリューションの傍らに従事する者として参考になればと思い購入いたしました。

読むとまぁ当てはまる当てはまる。
「よくこうなるよな」「こういう人いるよな」といった今までなんとなくで判り辛いと感じていたことを、なぜ判り辛いのか理屈で説明してくれております。

ところが理屈が判かったところで簡単に解決しないのが現実の難しいところ。相手が違えばまた違う説明の仕方もある。
どんなに探し求めても１００％な答えは存在しないものです。

この本でも「こういうふうに意識した方が良い」といったコツを伝授してくれるだけで、一発でスッキリするような明確な解は提示されておりません。
しかし「悪い例」が随所に紹介されており、推敲する良いヒントにはなると思います。

自分はまだ全部読んでいません。
仕事バッグに入れて移動中に気になったところだけを読んでいます。
気になったところだけを読んで、自分にもできそうだな、と思ったら実行して。
実行したらまた目次から好きなのを探して・・これを繰り返していくうちに良い結果が得らる一冊なのではないでしょうか。

頭のいい説明「すぐできる」コツを読みました。著者は「説明が下手な人」を対象に執筆したのだと思います。私は「説明が下手な人」が読んでも、書中のとおりには実行できないんじゃないかな？ひょっとしたら「説明がうまい人」が読んで＆日ごろの行動を見直すための本なのでは？と思いました。たくさんのHow to本がありますが、それを読んで実践し＆成果をあげられる人は、「そこそこのレベル」に達してる人なんだろうな〜と思います。きついコメントを書きました。すいません・・・といいつつ、面白い内容があったので以下に記載します。
（１）大きな情報から始めて小さな情報に移る　P.20
（２）頭のいい説明「流れ」　P.59
・心の準備をさせる
・客観的な出来事
・自分の解釈
・お願い　・・・・読み手に「何」をしてほしいかを伝える。　
（３）「長い説明を短くする」と中身がグンと濃くなる！　P.72
（４）信頼される人とは　Ｐ．１４１
・気配りできる人、スケジュールを把握してる人、話題を提供する人
（５）説明上手な人は、例外なく「語尾がハッキリしている人」　P.156
（６）「でも」「けど」・・・頭のいい人ほど「逆説後」が少ない！　P.164
（７）できる人ほど「自分の本気」を伝えようとする。　P.173

効果的に人に説明するコツが分かりやすく丁寧に書かれてある。

「説明」以外にも営業コミュニケーションのノウハウがそれなりに書かれている。

内容の大半が基本中の基本であり、学生＆社会人になりたての人は読んでおくことを強くオススメする。

ただし、中堅ビジネスパーソン以上の方には本書に書かれていることは基本過ぎているのであまりオススメできない。
