口述書というのは、どうしても密度の薄いものになってしまいがちです。
なにしろ「はじめに」では『参考書を見たり、資料を見たりといったことはいっさいない』と言っているくらいなんですから…。

もちろん中身がちゃんとあればいいのですが、他の本との重複も多いし、メモするほどのことも特にありませんでした。

この著者の本を読むのが初めて、という人には充分中身のある本といえるのですが、何冊か読んでいる、という人には特にお勧めする理由はないようです。
ただ、渡部昇一氏の本じたいは凄くいい内容なので、著者の本を未読の人にとっては☆☆☆☆くらいの評価といえます。
