オーラの仕組みからオーラが見えるようになる方法、オーラの種類や活用法など、オーラについて書かれた入門書。
オーラが見えるようになりたい人には最適な書です。
そして著者は“オーラが見えるようになる”という切り口から体の健康、心の健康を説いていきます。
長年数多くの人をヒーリングしてきた著者が実体験を通じて体得した智恵が語られます。
この本に書かれている動作や運動を行うと右脳も左脳も活性化されてくるので、
今まで気が付かなかった事に気付くようになったり、ボケ防止になったりします。
例えオーラが見えるようにならなくても、それだけで素晴らしい財産になるでしょう。
スピリチュアルな事に興味を持つ多くの方に読んでいただきたい本です。

色々スピリチュアル系の本は読みましたが、こういうのを書いてる人はちょっと普通の人とは違う高尚な雰囲気を感じますが、この木津さんという男は扱ってるテーマはオーラやチャクラなのになんかとても人間くさくて、そして熱くて、本当の深いやさしさを持った人だと思いました。

もうとにかく私は人柄に惚れましたよ。
ロックバンドなんかもやっている異色のヒーラーさんです。

この本自体はオーラ、チャクラ、潜在意識、風水などを簡潔にまとめていて、読みやすくとても面白かったです。
状態によってのお風呂の入り方（腰湯や塩湯など）、食事の取り方、掃除の仕方、落ち込んだときは、自信を無くした時は・・などなど。たくさんのそういった事のアドバイスが短い文で簡潔に書かれていて何しろ実践がすごくしやすい。

奥の深いスピ本は深すぎて結局内容が覚えきれないので私はこれだけで十分かもです。
