石津オリジナル健康美容体操クラブ主宰。清瀬市社会教育委員。浜田靖一氏(日本大学名誉教授・体操博士)、NHKテレビ体操青山敏彦氏、長野信一氏らに師事。1975年、イシズY・H・Cクラブ設立。独自の「健康美容体操」による小中学校や幼稚園でのエクササイズ教育をはじめ、主婦、男性、高齢者まで幅広く指導、講演活動を行なう。1995年、佐藤彰氏(日本自然療法協会会長)に師事。筋肉に大切なリンパマッサージを取り入れた石津オリジナル健康美容体操クラブで注目をあびる。最近では、デイケア等でのボランティア活動で健康増進に注力している(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)
