わかり易く、無理なく「必ず」理解できます。
初めて見たとき本のタイトルからして、自分を「印象」づける事を
中心にした内容だと思っていたんですが、それ以上に「相手」のことを
「会話」「しぐさ」から判断をできる方法が載っていて「対人関係」を
上手に築いていくことが出来るようになる内容です。

内容が、「ひとにやさしく」書かれている気がして、人づきあいを円満に
進めることが出来ます。訳者の伊藤さんの温かさが伝わってきました。
　すぐに役立つ方法として、相手を「視覚」「聴覚」「全身感覚」タイプと
おおまかに分類をして「感覚」に応じた「会話」をすることで、
相手の「心」を楽しませる会話ができます。

　最後の方にある「目の動き」は「知っているのと知らないの!!」では、
「ものすごく差」がでます。
「目は口ほどにものを言う」は、こういうことだったんだとわかりました。
男女問わず使うことができ、「相手を判断するのではなく、相手と楽しく
関係を築き、人にやさしくなれる本」です。

　日常のなかでの「テレビを使った練習法」ものっていて、丸ごと一冊
「無理なく無駄なく楽しめます」そして、「タイトルに偽りなし！」の
一冊です。

できる内容が多かったと思います。
実践することが大事ですが、意識し過ぎると逆になることもありうるので、あまり背伸びをせず自然に実践できるようになれれば良いと思いますが。
「９０秒」なんて大袈裟だと思っていたのですが、第一印象と考えればほんの数秒〜９０秒程度は納得できる範囲だと思います。
心を掴むまでいけるかどうかは、条件もあると思いますが、良い印象を持ってもらえれば良い関係にもなりやすいのだと思います。
人間関係で悩んでいる人には、オススメな本だと思います。

和訳書。
最初にもたれた第一印象を打破するのは困難だ。

だからこそ、こういった本が必要な面もある。

やはりＮＬＰが絡んでる。
タイプ別対応は相当使える可能性あり。自分自身の感情を先ず制してから行わないと技術は活かされないだろうが。

後は、３Ｖのところはやっぱ重要だと感じた。vocal,,verbal,visual。この中の比率を常に意識すべきなんだろう。

再読の必要性あり。

教科書のような内容。論文が好きな人にはおもしろいかも。実際にどう生かすかについての記述はほとんどないので、単なる知識で終わるような気がする。
