著者の文章力、データ分析力にはいつも感心しているが、本書は「何をいまさら」という内容。期待外れだった。

タイトルに対する答えが本の中に書いてあります。（当たり前か）
一言で言うと、「上司の指示があいまいだから」。

相手がわかる言葉にしてつたえることが、
仕事の効率化には必須だと。
抽象論で終わりがちなこのテーマに、
具体策もきちんと提示されて、良いです。
その具体策は、マニュアル化。
って聞くと拒否反応する方もいるかもしれませんが、
既存イメージの「マニュアル」とは違いました。

で、部下に伝わらない場合はどーするか？
の答えも明確で
「（この仕事に限り）その部下、切っちゃえ！」
人を育てるには時間と手間がかかるので
飲み込みが悪い人材にはエネルギーを注がないってことですね。
人材育成における選択と集中。
その方がお互いハッピーであると、著者は言います。賛成。
現実的対応としては、異動ってことになるんでしょう。

印象に残っているのは、95％の仕事は
ある一定のレベルの人材であればできちゃうってこと。
読んだ後、いま自分がやってる仕事は95％の仕事か？
と思ってしまいます。
自分にしかできない、利益をあげてかつ楽しい、
そんな5％の仕事に力を注がなくてはと反省しました。
