多くの人が自分の長所は好きになるけれど、自分の短所は好きになれません。しかし、ありのままの自分が好きになれなければ、本当の幸せを感じることはできません。
そして、不思議なことにありのままの自分を受け入れたときに人は、そこから変わることもできる・・・。

こういった心のことを取り上げている本ですが、精神論だけではありません。とても科学的でかつ説得力があります。
精神論だけですと、裏づけに乏しくなります。
科学的だけですと、人は癒されません。

そうした中、この本はとてもバランスがとれています。
そして、自分自身の身体と心で効果が実感できる本です。

つまり、とても実用的かつ暖まる本という印象です。

そして、夢をもつ人には、自己啓発では考えもつかなかったような実現方法が、この本には書かれておりますので、かなりおすすめです。

自己啓発本の多くは「こうしなさい」とは書いてあるが、具体的な方法が明記されていないことが多く「それができれば苦労はないんだよ」という気持ちになっていた。ところがこの本には「こうイメージするといいかもよ。具体的な方法はこれですよ」と、イメージの仕方が明記してある。それも何通りも。これは私には大変親切かつ理解しやすい内容であった。また付属のＣＤはクオリティも高く興味深い内容であった。このＣＤをつけてこの値段ならコストパフォーマンスと拍手を送りたい。著者のセラピーを受けたいとも思えた本は初めて。この著者の次の本をぜひ読みたく、またそれに期待する気持ちで星４つをつけてみた。

隠れた名著だと思います。
手法としてはイメージングとタイムラインセラピーになるのかな。

ただ惜しいかな本は性別関係なしですが、催眠誘導用のCDは女性向けです。
というのは、暗示の最中にリスナーを女性だと断言しているからです。
CDを聞きながら思わず、男性ですと自分で訂正してしまいました。
また独身主義（相手がいないというのはさておき）の自分としては
配偶者がどうこうというイメージ誘導は不要でした。

本もCDも内容は非常にいいのですが、上記の2点が気になって☆4つとします。
