寺門先生の本はたくさん読みました。
「かわいいからだ」からはじまって。
その中でまず、こんなに字が多いのは初めてだった！
ほとんど、イラストの中にところどころ字がある、という
感じだったのに対して、今回はイラストゼロ！

しかも、
「また会いたい！」と思わせる人
彼の中で「ただの女友達」が「好きな女」に変わる瞬間

など、興味深い？内容テンコ盛り。

また先生自身が男性であるだけに
男性心理に関してもいろいろ書いてあって、
興味深く読むことが出来ました。
からだとかこころ関連の本も好きでしたが、
私はこの本が一番面白かったです。

カッコいい女、強い女がとかくもてはやされる昨今ですが
やっぱり、女性に生まれたからには、『やわらかくて、優しい』のが一番だなぁ。
という、当たり前だけど、大事な事を教えてくれる本です。

難しい言葉はなく、非常にシンプルで分かりやすい文体なので
読みやすく、また、どのページから読んでも、楽しめます。

心の事以外にも、かかとから頭のてっぺんまで、清潔感が大事。とか腹筋を鍛えましょう
などの指南もあり、体のお手入れは、怠ってはならないね。
とボディクリームを塗る手にも力が入ります。（笑）

お風呂に持ち込んだり、おやすみ前のお供なんかにもうってつけです。
心だけじゃなく、体も潤ってしまうという、一石二鳥の本です。

男性で「かわいい女になれ」という本を書く、というのは何なんだろうか。
ズラっと書店に「愛され女可愛い女になれシリーズ」が並んでいるのをみると強迫されているような気になることも。
「女性は男性に愛され可愛がられる存在でなければならない。でないと幸福ではない」という
思い込みを与えておき、それにのっとった「参考本」を売り出す。
女性の「その人らしさ」を大切にしないで、保守的な男に合わせる女を作ろうとしているような気もする。
今も保守的な内容の方が売れやすいから、こういった本の発行が絶えないのか。
女性が書いているものもあるが、著者が男性の場合一層不気味だ。
