どんどん年はとるのに理想の自分になっていないと焦ることがたまにあります。現実と理想が違いすぎて、焦っても仕方がないのに、改善する方法がわからずにただ毎日を過ごしているという感じもします。
　年齢というのは女性にとってとても重要で、男性とは違った問題がいっぱいあると思います。恋愛や仕事、美容、結婚など若いときは考えずにいた事も、ある年齢を境にして急に悩んで不安になったり。この本は女性にとって「素敵に年齢を重ねる」ためのひとつのガイドブックになるでしょう。

２８歳を迎える女性に対し、「心の自立」を言い換えて書いてある
若さだけで年を重ねてゆくと、＜幼稚＞になってしまう恐れがあるから
著者は読者の意識を変えさせ、最初の一歩を後押ししてくれる
結婚をする前に１人の女性としての過ごし方
男を見る基準・終わった恋の締め方・仕事への姿勢
あまりにも課題が多いと感じる人へもセルフイメージを提案

そして、１ヶ月後に変化が起きることまで約束してくれる
この本に書かれていることは難しい事ではない
とても人間としても大切な基本的なこと
３０才を目前に揺れる気持ちをお持ちの方
心の整理がこの本で出来ます

恋愛、仕事、将来のこと、「早く決めなきゃ」って確かにあせっている自分がいます。でも、同時に特に何もしていない自分がいたりして・・・。著者の言うように、「少しずつの積み重ね」が大事なのかもしれませんね。きちんと考えよう、何か行動しようというきっかけになる本だと思います。
