思ったとおり、藤原さんのこだわりというか、美のエッセンスが詰まった内容でした。綺麗への道のりは決して、外面的なものだけではなく、内側から出るもの・・・・という内容の趣旨だったと思います。毎日を丁寧に心豊かに生きることが大切なんだって改めて気づかされました。

　いかにキレイになるかというハウツーじゃなくて、どうやって自分のキレイを捜し出せばいいのか、藤原さんの体験や考えが山盛りです。
　こんな風に自分で自分のキレイをみつけて、本物の大人になれたらいいなと思います。

エッセイでは、藤原さんのおしゃれのメイクの基本やおしゃれのヒントだけでなく、インテリア、ライフスタイルの工夫描かれていて、どれもすっごくうなずいてしまうことばかり。以前どこかの雑誌に藤原さんのインテリアが紹介されていたのですが、なんとも素敵。生き方とファッション、インテリアすべてが統一されていて、本当に「かっこいい女性」という言葉がぴったりです。
