この本に書いてあること、１週間かけて実践してみました！ほんとうに、すごく家が、家の「使いやすさ」が変わったー！「使いやすい家」なんて考えてみたこともなかったけど、とにかく、何をするにも歩く歩数、あけたり出したりする回数が違う、でもそれだけで生活もこんなに違うなんて。うちはどちらかというと「機能志向」よりも「外観志向」なのですが、そんな我が家でも「快適度」が５０~６０％はアップした、そんな実感を持ちました。
お勧めです~。（ちょっと物捨てるのに根性いるけど）

この本、今、蛍光ペンの傍線と、付箋だらけです。
何度も取り出しては読んでます。
まだ部屋は汚いですが、ふたつ、良くなったことがあります。
１．買い物をするときの心がけが変わった（ホントに必要か？これ、うちのどこに置くの？と自問する）
２．物を捨てるやりかたが変わった（全部いっぺんに片付けようとするのではなく、不要と思うものだけを、そっと抜き取る）
これを買ったあとは、収納術の本を買っていません。飯田さんの本ですら、買ってません。

この本は「整理整頓」は決して難しい言葉を使わずに、最も高度な整理整頓術を提案してくれています。

これまでの生活導線を見直したり、日常生活に於いて何が優先されるべきかを気づかせてく”如何に完ぺきにものをしまい込むか”という、最近ありがちな収納マジックを見せるのではなく、生活上の”使用頻度を最優先”することで身辺の無駄を省くという、まさに目からウロコのガイドブックでした。

「どこにこれを収納すべきか？」「捨てるべきか？取っておくべきか？」こんな悩みから解放してくれた、素晴らしい本だと思います。
最後まできっちり読んで下さい。
