購入して、寝る前にながめること５分、１週間。
不思議です。何となく気持ちが安定してきて、自然に前向きになっているのを感じます。
体と気持ちが楽になってきた気がします。
この本のためのような気がします。

値段もお高くないし簡単だし、一度どうぞ。
お勧めです。

半月余り気管支炎で苦しんでおります。「健康になりたいあなたに」という緑色のページを胸に当てながら、ゆっくり呼吸をしてみると、本当に楽にできました。本を外すと、また息苦しくなるので、可能な限り、胸に当てています。

「元気のエネルギーがほしいあなたに」という緑玉の黄色いページも、眺めているだけで気分が良くなります。

「健康｣以外に「お金｣｢仕事｣｢人間関係｣｢出会い｣｢魅力アップ｣などに関するものがあります。
１６枚の中に、必ず役に立つ物が見つかると思います。

上品な装丁が好きです。
パラパラと眺めていたら、すごく気になるページが...
パキッとしたセンスを磨くブルーのページ!!何だか目がさめるようです。
活性と癒しを併せ持った絵が素敵。
黄色とグリーンの水玉のページはまるでビタミンのシャワーを浴びてるみたい。
効果は分かりませんが、好きであることは確かです。
