医学的な説明はもちろんわかりやすく大変参考になりました。それになかなか病気の方の体験談というのは聞く機会がなかったりするのですが、何人かの体験談がのっていて大変よかったです！
薬、就職、妊娠、出産、など細かく書かれているのでお勧めです！

炎症性腸疾患の人にとって、なんと言っても大切なのは食事制限です。
その点について、もう少し症状別に細かく説明してくれていると助かるのですが、まさにごくごく一般的なことを簡単に説明してあるだけで、場合によっては誤解を生じる場合も。

初めてこの病気を耳にし、一体どういう病気なんだ？
ということを知るためには良い本だと思います。

ＩＢＤに関する本はいろいろ読んできましたが、なかでもこれは読み易いので、どれを買おうか迷っている人には一押ししたい本です。薬や食事のことなどの不安は必ず解消されると思います。
